Tracey Bridges is a technology trainer, speaker, and AI productivity educator who helps organizations learn how to use emerging technologies to work smarter and more efficiently.
With extensive experience in professional development and technology training, Tracey specializes in helping professionals understand practical applications of tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and other generative AI technologies. Her workshops focus on real-world strategies that help individuals save time, improve productivity, and confidently explore new digital tools.
Tracey currently works in Instructional Technology Training and Development at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, where she designs and delivers workshops on Microsoft 365 tools, artificial intelligence, and digital productivity for faculty and staff.
In addition to her work in higher education, Tracey regularly speaks on topics related to AI in the workplace, prompt engineering, and practical uses of generative AI. Her sessions are known for being engaging, approachable, and focused on tools participants can begin using immediately.
